Draft under the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882), applicable from 28 June 2025. Not legal advice. Note: DigiatPPSolutions s.r.o. currently appears to qualify as a microenterprise (< 10 staff and ≤ €2m turnover), so this statement is not yet legally mandatory — but the product is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and publishing it is recommended (the exemption falls away as the company grows).

1. Our commitment

Gardlio (DigiatPPSolutions s.r.o.) wants its website and its iOS and Android apps to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet EN 301 549 (current version) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

2. Scope

This statement covers: the Gardlio website at https://gardlio.eu, the iOS app, and the Android app.

3. Conformance status

Gardlio is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. "Partially conformant" means some content does not yet fully conform.

4. Known limitations

No significant known barriers at the time of writing; some gardener-uploaded portfolio images may lack alternative text, which we are addressing.

5. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us at accessibility@gardlio.eu (phone on request by email at support@gardlio.eu). We aim to respond within 5 working days and to provide the information you need in an accessible form.

6. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the competent supervisory authority for your country (see annex).

7. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 3 July 2026, based on an internal self-assessment, and is reviewed on major releases and at least annually.
